Oh my goodness, never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the FUN we would have with Jason and Amy. They showed up promptly to set up, came back around 6:30 and began playing at 7:30. After overtime took us to 11:30, people were STILL wanting them to play! Everyone had a great time and definitely want us to do it again next year. Fun Pianos dueling pianos entertains this range of guests in just two weeks
The Fun Pianos! Dueling Pianos show had 4 terrific shows last week. Our Grand Island NE fundraiser with Rockinâ Against Cancer was the second straight year of rockin’ fun and raising funds at a favorite venue of ours, the Full Circle Venue.
Our dueling pianos show in Jamestown ND showed again that this show isnât relegated to certain ages, as we had a blast with the Eventide Senior Living folks
The Summer Town Days people Watertown ND were terrific and the surprise birthday party Holdrege NE wrapped up a weekend of variety and fun with our fun-first approach to dueling pianos.
However, only one week earlier, we showed even more variety: If you think that just any dueling pianos show can entertain every group of people like we canâŠwe present that in one week we got the 175 almost-older folks at the country club in Fort Myers, the 600 church volunteers in Merritt Island, and the 125 LGBT guests in St Petersburg, who all gave us outstanding reviews and references. This presumably marks the first time in history that one entertainment act has successfully entertained AARP, WWJD and LGBT in one 4-day span!
But that wasn’t all…Waterloo IA had us back for a third time for their fundraiser, we played for the third time for the Odessa Jackalopes hockey team in Odessa TX.
It takes more than a couple of guys who can play piano and sing to create this kind consistent success at so many different kinds of events. This isn’t a side gig. THIS IS ALL WE DO, 52 weeks a year.

Fun Pianos duels out of summer into fall
Different areas of the country have different trends, something weâve noticed in 14+ years of serving the Fun Pianos! by 176 Keys Dueling Pianos show throughout the entire country.
One things that is consistent everywhere, from Phoenix to Nebraska to Illinois, Florida and everywhere else is that summers are slower than the rest of the year. This is not to say we have nothing to do: weddings, county fairs, and other community events happen every week. But while folks in Phoenix want to get out of the sweltering heat, People in Iowa and Minnesota want to hit the water, North Dakota friends want to get together while they have a few weeks of sunâŠthe events we play in the summer are generally the community and family minded events of weddings and festivals.
With fall comes the return of college events (including Texas and South Dakota in a couple weeks), corporate engagements and more of the full list of events weâve been playing for well over 10 years.
This weekend, weâre spreading our roster to Tucson, Chadron Nebraska, Beatrice Nebraska, Sedalia Missouri, and Reinbeck Iowa. After more shows in Canton Illinois and Rough Kentucky next week, we have a very busy week, with shows every day but Wednesday in Cincinnati, Rapid City, Kearney, Bloomington Indiana, Okoboji Iowa, west Texas, Madison Wisconsin and Woodland Hills (north of Los Angeles and Hollywood). With a small break when we have just one holiday weekend show (a wedding party in Plymouth Nebraska, outside of Lincoln), weâre back at it the next week, hitting Colorado, Kansas, Williston North Dakota and Omaha.
Summer is coming to close, and the âreal new yearâ is about to begin: School, Fall, FootballâŠand Fun Pianos!
